That being said we know that every vintage piece tells its own story, and are each unique in their own way, which is why we offer a 7-day exchange policy for in-store credit—so you can shop with confidence and maintain a positive experience.
Our policy is designed to ensure a smooth transaction while maintaining the integrity of our carefully curated collection. If you need to exchange an item, we’re happy to provide in-store credit as long as the item is returned in its original condition—unworn and undamaged.
How to Initiate an Exchange
1. Contact Us – Email us at cottoncowboy.shop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order to begin the exchange process.
2. Check Condition – Ensure the item is unworn, undamaged, and includes all original tags and packaging.
3. Get Authorization – Once we confirm your item is eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.
4. Receive In-Store Credit – After we inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit for the item’s value, which you can use toward any future purchase.
